• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in Industrial Engineering with expertise in circular knit garment manufacturing, including hands-on experience on sewing machines and factory floor operations.

• Technical Knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, GSD, EOS, CPM, and production optimization.

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and drive results.

• Analytical Skills: Data-driven problem-solving and performance monitoring.

• Soft Skills: Effective communication, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

• The candidate must be well-acquainted with the technology relating to garments manufacturing automation systems.

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on, results plus data driven mid level of Planning & Industrial Engineering to help the production operations, optimize processes, and drive efficiency across the head office & factory.

Key Responsibilities

• To guide production planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery, cost-effective operations and optimized resource allocation.

• Optimize costing processes to maximize profitability while maintaining product quality.

• Design and implement efficient production line layouts, improve workflow and balance workloads.

• Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing, GSD, EOS, EPM and CPM methodologies.

• Set realistic, challenging production targets and monitor progress.

• Reduce CPM and increase EPM through strategic planning, operator training, and workflow optimization.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze outputs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, manage relationships with production teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure accurate SMV calculations, workflow optimization, and production-friendly sampling methods.

• Oversee operator skill assessments, maintain skill matrices, and link compensation to performance.

• Lead the implementation and integration of ERP systems to streamline planning, reporting, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in pre-production meetings to identify and mitigate risks.

• Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing production and IE team.
