Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 35 years

Experience in quality assurance, inspection, manufacturing, or related fields.

•At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

•Experience in third-party inspection company will be highly preferred.

•Strong knowledge of AQL standards, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.

•Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:

•Manage and oversee all inspection operations and field activities.

•Plan, assign, and monitor inspection schedules to ensure timely service delivery.

•Review and approve inspection reports before submission to clients.

•Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with client requirements, international standards, and company procedures.

•Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate inspectors and coordinators.

•Maintain high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism throughout inspection activities.

•Handle client communications, complaints, and technical inquiries.

•Investigate inspection disputes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

•Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.

•Coordinate with factories, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations.

•Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
