Responsibilities & Context:
Create 3D garment simulations using CLO 3D based on tech packs, sketches, and reference samples
Develop and modify digital patterns to achieve correct fit and construction
Simulate fabric properties (GSM, stretch, thickness, drape) for realistic visualization
Conduct virtual fit analysis and identify fitting issues (e.g., bust support, tension, balance)
Collaborate with pattern, sample, and merchandising teams to align on product requirements
Support reduction of physical sampling through accurate 3D prototyping
Prepare and present 3D renders for internal and buyer presentations
Maintain organized digital libraries of patterns, trims, and fabric properties
