Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and stocked in a way that maximizes sales. This role requires strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute product displays to align with company guidelines and seasonal trends.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to optimize product placement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met.
Work with suppliers and vendors to source products and negotiate pricing.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
