• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and fashion trends.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Assist in developing seasonal fashion collections based on market trends and buyer requirements.

• Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts.

• Create technical sketches and artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Develop tech packs and maintain design documentation.

• Conduct trend, fabric, trim, and color research.

• Coordinate with merchandising, sample, and production teams to ensure timely sample development.

• Support fabric sourcing, sample approvals, and product development activities.

• Maintain design archives and product information.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline from a reputed university.

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion design or product development (Fresh graduates with excellent portfolios are encouraged to apply).

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, colors, and fashion trends.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
