Experience:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising or related discipline.
Strong experience in handling premium international buyers for knit garments.
Sound knowledge of knit product development, costing, sourcing, and order execution.
Ability to independently manage buyer communication and relationship development.
Strong understanding of fabric, trims, washing, embellishment, and garment construction for knit products.
Expertise in negotiation, price settlement, and capacity planning.
Capable of leading merchandising teams and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
Ability to analyze market trends, buyer demand, and product opportunities.
Experience in reputed export-oriented knit garments manufacturing companies will be preferred.
Familiarity with compliance requirements and sustainable sourcing practices of premium brands.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and merchandising reporting tools.
Strategic Marketing & Business Development
Develop and execute comprehensive global marketing strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across international markets.
Drive brand positioning and enhance the company's value proposition among global buyers and retail partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international fashion brands, retailers, buying houses, and sourcing offices.
Represent the organization at international trade fairs, industry forums, and business networking platforms.
Lead buyer acquisition initiatives and expand the company's global customer portfolio.
Commercial Strategy & Costing Excellence
Provide strategic leadership in product costing and pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and product development teams to align commercial objectives with buyer expectations.
Support commercial negotiations and develop value-driven business proposals for global clients.
Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and industry benchmarks to optimize pricing strategies.
Factory Sourcing & Vendor Development
Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic manufacturing partners across Bangladesh and other regional sourcing hubs.
Ensure supplier compliance with quality, social, environmental, and operational standards.
Strengthen long-term partnerships with vendors to support sustainable business growth and sourcing efficiency.
Assess factory capabilities, production capacities, and risk factors to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Order Management & Operational Excellence
Provide strategic oversight of order execution, production planning, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with merchandising, quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and product quality.
