Conduct capacity study and line balancing for knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, and finishing sections to ensure optimum utilization of machine and manpower resources.

Monitor day-to-day production progress against plan; identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to keep orders on schedule.
Plan and allocate orders between knit and woven facilities based on machine capability, capacity, and order specification requirements.
