  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to keep production on track.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic Dyeing Finishing Executive to lead operations on our finishing floor. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production, technical excellence, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive efficiency and quality in textile finishing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Begin the shift by reviewing production schedules and machine readiness.

  • Oversee operations across Corino slitting, Bruckner & Santex stenter, Lafer compacting, and singeing machines.

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-spot solution to any problem.

  • Monitor fabric quality, ensuring standards for durability, repairability, and traceability are met.

  • Ensure machinery is calibrated and maintained to minimize downtime.

  • Lead and motivate operators and supervisors to run the floor smoothly.

  • Monitor chemical usage to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental standards

  • Collaborate with quality control teams to detect and resolve defects.

  • Optimize production scheduling to balance workloads across stenter, compacting, singeing, and slitting machines.

  • Track fabric quantities processed per shift.

  • End the shift with performance reporting and handover to the next in-charge.
