Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Handle the entire merchandising process from inquiry to shipment.

• Sourcing: Efficiently source fabrics, trims, and accessories; manage relationships with local and international suppliers.

• Product Development: Coordinate with the sample room and factories to ensure timely and accurate sample submission.

• Costing: Prepare accurate consumption and cost sheets to ensure competitive pricing.

• Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between buyers, production teams, and Quality Assurance (QA).

• Troubleshooting: Proactively identify potential production bottlenecks and resolve them to meet shipment deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 1-3 years of solid experience in a Buying House or Export-oriented Garment factory / Buying house.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and wash processes.

• Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international buyers.

• Software: Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

• Network: An established network of reliable vendors and manufacturers.

Education

• Academic qualifications are flexible. We value your industry experience and "know-how" over certificates.

• Willingness to travel to various factory locations as needed.
