• Age 20 to 50 years

• Production Monitoring: Conduct regular factory visits to monitor "In-Line" and "End-Line" production processes.

• Sample Approval: Review and verify proto-samples, fit samples, and Pre-Production (PP) samples against the tech pack and buyer comments.

• Inspections: Perform comprehensive Initial Production Checks (IPC), During Production Checks (DUPRO), and Final Random Inspections (FRI) based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.

• Technical Guidance: Identify potential construction or fabric risks early and provide technical solutions to factory supervisors to prevent mass defects.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed daily/weekly inspection reports with photographic evidence and clear "Pass/Fail/Pending" statuses for the merchandising team.

• Audit Compliance: Ensure the factory adheres to safety, hygiene, and social compliance standards required by the brand.

• Shipment Clearance: Verify packing lists, carton markings, and labeling accuracy before authorizing goods for dispatch.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in QC/QA roles within a buying house or a large-scale garment manufacturing unit.

• Technical Proficiency: * Deep understanding of garment construction, stitching types, and fabric defects.

  • Expertise in reading and interpreting Tech Packs and measurement charts.

  • Familiarity with AQL 1.5, 2.5, or 4.0 inspection levels.

• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills (to handle factory pressure), high integrity, and a keen eye for detail.

• Communication: Ability to write clear, professional reports in English.
