• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology
• Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

MIS

• 7 to 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all dyeing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Develop and implement dyeing recipes and processes to achieve desired colors and quality standards.

·         Develop and execute dyeing production plans based on given TNA.

• Update production planning time to time as per requirement.

·         Responsible for Lab dip, Recipe, Sample fabric follow up and also improve RFT.

• Root cause analysis for low production, rejection, and CPA.

• Collaborate with the quality control department to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions.

• Manage inventory of dyes, chemicals, and other raw materials.

• Conduct regular safety & compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards as well as keep the housekeeping of the floor up to the mark.

·         Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule regular maintenance and repairs of the machineries.

·         Oversee the installation and commissioning of new dyeing equipment.

·         Maintain accurate and detailed records of dyeing processes, production data, and quality control results in ERP software on daily basis.

·         Establish KPI to facilitate the monitoring of production performance
