## Quality Management System (QMS)

* Maintain and implement factory QMS systems effectively.

* Monitor all production and quality processes to ensure compliance with buyer requirements.

* Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, policies, process flow charts, and operational procedures.

* Ensure implementation of ISO standards and documentation systems.

## Production Process Control

* Monitor and control all production stages:

  * Cutting

  * Sewing

  * Washing

  * Finishing

  * Packing

  * Warehouse Operations

* Ensure process flow compliance and operational discipline.

* Conduct regular process audits and floor inspections.

## Technical Audit & Compliance

* Face all technical audits and buyer inspections confidently.

* Coordinate corrective action plans (CAP) and follow-up activities.

* Maintain audit readiness at all times.

* Ensure compliance with buyer technical requirements and factory standards.

## Needle & Sharp Tools Control

* Monitor needle control system implementation.

* Maintain sharp tools control procedures and records.

* Ensure product safety compliance throughout production.

## SOP & Documentation Control

* Prepare and maintain:

  * SOPs

  * Policies

  * Formats

  * Registers

  * Audit documents

  * Process flow documents

* Ensure document revision and distribution control.

## Warehouse & Process Monitoring

* Ensure proper warehouse management and material traceability.

* Monitor FIFO implementation and stock control systems.

## Team Coordination

* Coordinate with QA, Production, Compliance, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams.

* Conduct awareness training regarding SOPs and quality systems.
