• Age 23 to 27 years

• Experience: Only Fresher

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

• Promote company products/services to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and feedback.

• Coordinate with production, commercial, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Visit clients and attend meetings, exhibitions, or promotional events when required.

• Maintain customer database and update sales records regularly.

• Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with clients.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

• Prepare monthly/weekly sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.

• Monitor market trends and suggest improvements for business growth.

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets set by management.
