Responsibilities & Context:
Oral Interpretation: Providing real-time translation during meetings between Chinese management and local staff/government officials.
Document Translation: Translating technical manuals, SOPs, emails, and legal documents from Chinese to English/Bangla and vice versa.
Liaison Work: Acting as a bridge for communication between the Chairman/Management and Chinese vendors or partners.
Administrative Support: Handling general office tasks, scheduling, and sometimes assisting with HR or commercial duties.
Mandarin: High fluency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Proficiency in HSK Level 4 or 5 is usually the standard requirement.
English & Bangla: Strong command of English and native-level Bangla for three-way communication.
