Ensure smooth and continuous operation of auto coner machines to achieve daily and shift-wise production targets in line with company standards.

Monitor machine efficiency, utilization, and performance regularly, and take immediate action to minimize downtime and production losses.

Regularly check cone build, shape, density, and winding quality to ensure standard package formation.

Identify quality issues and take corrective actions promptly in coordination with QA and maintenance teams.

Maintain proper documentation of production output, efficiency, quality performance, and waste percentage.

To distributing the drum of auto cone mcs according to count wise of running ring mcs.

To find out the idle drum due to electrical / mechanical fault & take corrective action to run the drum in Short time.

To follow the guidelines of Gm (production).

Should be able to run the finishing section independently.
