• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Majorly from Jersey background.

Blend of Factory and Buying House experience is preferred.

Candidate must be proactive and good in communication.

Should be efficient in costing and must have good negotiation skills of handling factories for order placement / production follow-up.

Capable of multi-tasking and working on ERPs like SAP as well as Customer Portals.

Any previous experience of handling customers like George, Tesco and Primark will be very welcome.

Suggest the right factory for the right product and participate in the factory selection process from sample stage.

Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points and provide the right details to the factory.

Take the list of daily issues from each order for each factory and address the problems.

Recommend any changes to the products or process improvements, which can help make production friendlier for knitting/linking/construction without changing the aesthetics of the garment.

Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs.

Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be updated at all times.
