Experience:

• Master’s degree in any discipline (Law / HRM / Management preferred).

• PGD in HRM or Compliance will be preferable.

• Additional training in compliance, labor law, or safety standards will be an advantage.

• Sound knowledge of HR operations and compliance frameworks.

Experience:

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Compliance within the RMG/Manufacturing sector with minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Leadership position.

Job Context

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager (GM), Compliance. The candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all compliance-related functions to ensure adherence to local laws, buyer requirements, and international standards.

Job Location:

• Factory (Zirani)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead overall compliance operations of the factory/organization.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and international labor standards.

• Handle buyer / certification compliance audits (e.g., RSC, C-TPAT, SEDEX, BSCI, OEKO TEX, etc.).

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

• Maintain updated documentation and compliance records.

• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, and Management for corrective action plans (CAP).

• Monitor health & safety, fire safety, environmental, and social compliance issues.

• Liaise with external auditors, buyers, and regulatory authorities.

• Conduct internal audits and training sessions for staff and workers.

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to top management.
