Job Context

The Sample In charge is responsible for managing the full sample development process, ensuring samples are produced accurately, on time, and as per buyer requirements. The role involves coordinating with merchandising, production, and sample teams to maintain smooth workflow and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the entire sample development process.

• Coordinate with merchandising, fabric and production teams for sample requirements.

• Assign daily tasks to sample tailors and follow up on progress.

• Ensure samples are produced accurately and delivered on time.

• Check sample quality and ensure they meet buyer specifications.

• Maintain proper records of all samples, approvals, and comments.

• Communicate buyer feedback or changes to the sample team.

• Monitor raw materials, trims, and accessories needed for sample making.

• Solve any problems or delays in the sample section.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on sample status.

• As per company policy.
