• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Bachelor's degree in Apparel Manufacturing or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, washing techniques, and product development processes.

• Understanding of garment costing and merchandising documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

1. Assist in managing the complete order lifecycle from product development to shipment, ensuring buyer requirements and delivery timelines are met.

2. Support product costing by preparing cost sheets based on fabric, trims, washing, CM, and other production-related expenses.

3. Coordinate sample development, including Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, and Shipment Samples, ensuring timely submission and buyer approvals.

4. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to source fabrics, trims, accessories, and washing services while ensuring timely material and sample availability.

5. Monitor production progress by following up with production, planning, and quality teams to identify delays and support corrective actions for on-time shipment.

6. Maintain regular communication with buyers, providing order updates, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all buyer comments and instructions are properly implemented.

7. Maintain merchandising documentation, including Time & Action (T&A) plans, order files, buyer approvals, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.

8. Develop and apply knowledge of woven garments, including garment construction, fabric properties, trims, and washing techniques, to support product development and production.

9. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality standards are achieved and assist in resolving quality-related issues during production.

10. Prepare merchandising reports on order status, sample progress, production updates, and shipment schedules while performing other merchandising duties assigned by management.
