• Should have experience to deal with Auto Carton, Poly, Woven Label, Offset Printing and Narrow Fabric related machines utility & maintenance issues.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent knowledge of industrial electrical systems.

• Leadership and team management capability.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance documentation. 

A renowned 100 % export based Garments Accessories manufacturing company is looking for potential candidate as Assistant Manager (Electrical) for performing Electro-Mechanical & Utility related job activities at Gazipur, Factory Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain all production and utility machinery & Electro-mechanical issues.

• Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Monitor electrical distribution systems, substations, and power consumption.

• Supervise operation and maintenance of generators, boilers, compressors, and HVAC systems.

• Lead root cause analysis for electrical and mechanical breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and factory regulations.

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.

• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.

• Train and guide technicians and maintenance personnel.

• Support factory expansion, installation, and commissioning projects.
