Experience:
Practical exposure to production reconciliation, wastage analysis, process audit, and inventory management is mandatory
Sound understanding of raw material consumption analysis and reconciliation procedures and production processes, machine utilization, process loss analysis, and wastage control
Ability to identify operational gaps, process deviations, and non-conformities
Capability to prepare audit findings, NCR reports, corrective action follow-up, and management reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP software, inventory systems, and report preparation
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities
Check raw material requisitions according to approved consumption.
Compare actual raw material usage with standard consumption.
Monitor machine capacity and evaluate machine performance.
Observe and review the overall production process.
Identify process loss and analyze wastage.
Separate and report different types of wastage.
Reconcile raw materials issued with production records.
Verify daily production reports for accuracy.
Check returned and replacement goods properly.
Identify delivery mismatches and monitor delivery expenses.
Evaluate delivery performance and efficiency.
Prepare Process Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).
Prepare penalty-related NCR reports when required.
Conduct monthly inventory counting and reconciliation.
Monitor work-in-process (WIP) throughout factory operations.
Verify dyeing inventory and reconcile stock with suppliers.
Report operational gaps, irregularities, and process deviations.
