Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage the complete merchandising process from product development to final shipment.
- Handle buyer communications professionally and build long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with factories, sourcing teams, QA, production, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on product development, costing, sampling, approvals, production planning, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate prices and delivery timelines with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Monitor production status and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time shipment.
- Prepare merchandising reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
