• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House, Garments Accessories, Woven Manufacturing

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

Additional Requirements (Skills & Competencies):

• Must have a strong interest in woven garments and a willingness to learn about woven fabrics (Poplin, Oxford, Twill, Denim, etc.), garment construction, and finishing processes.

• Basic understanding of the merchandising cycle (from order placement to shipment) is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must—must be comfortable working with data, creating reports, and using basic formulas.

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to coordinate with buyers and suppliers.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take on new challenges.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

IMAD Sourcing International, a reputable Buying House serving international buyers from Europe and the USA, is looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Merchandiser to join our woven team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about woven garments and wants to build a career in the apparel sourcing industry. We are looking for a quick learner who can grow with us under the guidance of our senior merchandising team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior merchandisers in day-to-day order follow-up and coordination.

• Coordinate with factories for sample development, production status, and shipment schedules.

• Maintain order sheets, costing files, and production reports in MS Excel.

• Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories to ensure timely delivery to factories.

• Help prepare Time & Action (T&A) plans and monitor production progress.

• Learn and understand woven fabric properties, garment construction, and quality standards.

• Support the team in product development and sample checking.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

• Candidates with a background in Fashion Design or Business Administration with relevant garment knowledge may also apply.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Buying House, Garment Factory, or Export House is preferred.

• Freshers with strong academic background and a keen interest in woven garments are highly encouraged to apply.
