Minimum 15 years of experience in garments manufacturing, including 5 years in a senior finishing leadership role within a denim factory.

Strong knowledge of denim finishing processes, garment quality standards, washing effects, and packing procedures.

Proven leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Plan, organize, and supervise daily finishing operations (thread cutting, trimming, ironing, tagging, packing, etc.).

Ensure smooth workflow from washing to finishing to shipment.

Monitor daily output, line efficiency, and productivity.

Coordinate with washing, QC, and merchandising teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Ensure garments meet customer quality standards and specifications.

Implement in-process and final inspections.

Identify and correct finishing defects (e.g., shade variation, stains, poor ironing, incorrect tagging).

Liaise with QA teams to handle buyer audits and approvals.

Lead and manage supervisors, operators, and helpers in the finishing department.

Conduct regular training and skill development for finishing staff.

Continuously improve processes to reduce rework, wastage, and turnaround time.

Optimize resource usage (steam, energy, consumables, packing materials).

Work closely with Production Planning, Merchandising, and QA teams.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production and efficiency reports.

Attend production meetings and communicate department performance and issues.
