Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms that supports Amirá's marketing and branding initiatives. The role ensures all creative materials are visually appealing, brand-consistent and delivered on time while working closely with the Marketing team and Management.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Design high-quality static content (posts and creatives) specifically for Amirá’s Social Media pages, aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
Create motion graphics for social media campaigns, including seasonal promotions, discount announcements, and store launches.
Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent lightbox designs, easel boards, and in-store decor posters.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and reflect the current campaign direction.
Adapt and resize content for different platforms and placements for Billboards, OVC, TV Screens around City.
Work closely with the MD and Marketing team to execute content strategies accurately and efficiently.
Contribute creative ideas for promotional campaigns, especially for sales, launches and festive periods.
Maintain organized design files and ensure smooth handover for production and printing.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or a similar industry.
Experience in both digital and print design is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software will be an added advantage.
Strong creative sense with excellent attention to detail.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout and visual branding.
Ability to create both static and motion graphics for digital and print media.
Knowledge of print production processes and artwork preparation
