• 3–4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in a retail or fashion brand

• Strong understanding of retail operations and product lifecycle

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support our retail brand operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product planning, sourcing, coordination, and ensuring the right product is available at the right time to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan and execute merchandising strategies in line with brand objectives and seasonal trends

·       Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for product development and sourcing

·       Monitor product lifecycle from sampling to final delivery

·       Ensure timely order placement, follow-up, and on-time delivery

·       Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize product assortment

·       Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management

·       Work closely with design, production, and retail teams to ensure product alignment

·       Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

·       Ensure product quality standards and compliance are maintained

·       Prepare reports on sales performance, stock movement, and product success
