Additional Requirements (Skills & Competencies):

• Strong proficiency in Costing and Product Development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel (must be able to handle data, pivot tables, and reports) and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive team player.

IMAD Sourcing International, a reputed Buying House catering to international buyers from Europe and the USA, is looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. We are specifically seeking a professional who has extensive expertise in Woven Garments and can manage our diverse product categories efficiently.

Key Product Categories (Must have experience in):

• Shirts (Formal & Casual),

• Trousers / Pants (Formal & Casual)

• Gowns

• Aprons

• Waist Coats

• Vests

• Coveralls

• Skirts

• Blazers

• Suits

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the complete merchandising cycle from order confirmation to final shipment.

Handle factory sourcing, order placement, and cost calculations (Costing).

Follow up on fabrics, trims, and accessories to ensure production deadlines are met.

Monitor production progress and ensure strict quality control standards.

Develop and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to guarantee on-time delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in the Garments industry.

Must have prior experience working in a Buying House.

Must have hands-on experience specifically in Woven Garments (Shirts, Pants, Suits, Blazers, etc.).

Additional Requirements (Skills & Competencies):

Strong proficiency in Costing and Product Development.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to handle foreign buyers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel (must be able to handle data, pivot tables, and reports) and PowerPoint.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and a proactive team player.
