Job Context:

The person will be act as Lab In-Charge and will be responsible for managing the factory laboratory to ensure the quality of raw materials (fabrics and trims) and finished products through testing in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and quality procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily plan for laboratory

• Distribution of daily work schedule to the laboratory Chemists & Technician.

• Evaluate each test result after testing according to method requirements.

• Reviewing report & on time testing delivery & keeping report.

• Investigate & take proper corrective action in case of complains.

• To provide  solution if found any difficulties of testing result

• Investigate & take proper corrective action in case of complains

• Assists in calibration/ verification tasks and other ISO 17025 related activities

• Trained the lab staff as per different buyers requirement /standard

• Monitoring daily received fabric/trims/garment testing preparation.

• Maintain 5s system in Laboratory

• Purchase to laboratory equipment’s, consumable item through overseas & locally.

• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
