Responsibilities & Context:
Looking after overall Security Affairs.
Remaining available 24/7-365 days for Security Issues.
Performing vigilant duties related to Crisis Management and Emergency Operations.
Preparing Security Duty Roaster following SOP.
Maintaining all necessary registers, documents, formats related to Security Section.
Reporting and documenting any accidents/incidents expeditiously and accurately.
Conducting necessary training for Security Personnel to improve their performance.
Evaluating Security Guards’ performance and assisting Administration Department during their increment.
Managing Legal affairs related to Security on behalf of the company.
Maintaining Liaison with Local Police Station and BEPZA Security Section for ensuring prompt support from them as and when required.
