Education:

• HSC/Bachelors in any discipline.

• Retired Junior Commissioned Officer from Army/Navy/Air force.

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Good Communication Skill.

• Should familiar with computer operation.

• Looking after overall Security Affairs.

• Remaining available 24/7-365 days for Security Issues.

• Performing vigilant duties related to Crisis Management and Emergency Operations.

• Preparing Security Duty Roaster following SOP.

• Maintaining all necessary registers, documents, formats related to Security Section.

• Reporting and documenting any accidents/incidents expeditiously and accurately.

• Conducting necessary training for Security Personnel to improve their performance.

• Evaluating Security Guards’ performance and assisting Administration Department during their increment.

• Managing Legal affairs related to Security on behalf of the company.

• Maintaining Liaison with Local Police Station and BEPZA Security Section for ensuring prompt support from them as and when required.
