• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration

• Strong knowledge of sweater product development, yarn sourcing, knitting, costing, production planning, and merchandising operations.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple buyers, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee and ensure timely updates on production status, sample development, and lab dip approvals communicated by the merchandising team to buyers.

• Monitor the progress of approvals, pre-production activities, delivery schedules, and shipment status to ensure seamless order execution.

• Ensure effective execution of orders in accordance with the approved Time and Action (T&A) Plan, maintaining on-time shipments while meeting the required quality and quantity standards.

• Supervise the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.

• Efficient Board level communication.
