• Proven track record of bringing international garment orders.

• Existing relationships with apparel buyers, brands, retailers, wholesalers, or importers.

• Strong understanding of the global apparel supply chain.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to independently manage buyer acquisition and business development activities.

• Strong professional network within the international apparel industry.

Position Overview

This is a high-impact leadership position for a results-driven professional who possesses an established network of international apparel buyers and has the demonstrated ability to secure garment orders independently. The candidate must possess an existing portfolio of active international buyers and be able to generate business for the company from the beginning of employment. Applicants without their own buyer network are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international buyer acquisition strategies.

• Bring new apparel buyers, brands, retailers, importers, and sourcing partners to the company.

• Generate confirmed inquiries and apparel orders from international markets.

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with global buyers.

• Conduct high-level negotiations regarding pricing, sourcing, production, and delivery terms.

• Represent the company in virtual and physical meetings with international clients.

• Identify new opportunities across Europe, North America, the UK, Australia, and other target regions.

• Work closely with merchandising, production, and management teams to convert opportunities.

• Achieve agreed revenue and order-generation targets.

• Monthly Salary: BDT 1,50,000 – 3,00,000/-
