• Should have experience in Knit Garments Quality Assurance.

• Leadership skill.

• Communication skill.

• Computer Literacy : MS Word, Excel etc.

• Positive professional attitude & self-motivated

• Develop and improve Quality Assurance System through continual improvement of SOPs, work instructions, forms, checklists and guidelines.

• Supervise and check inline quality & quantity as per production order/job bag instructions.

• Ensure quality and conformity of products according to buyer requirements.

• Ensure on time Delivery and production

• Recommend and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations and follow up accordingly.

• Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance.

• Conduct team meetings and take initiatives for development & coaching of staffs to meet highest quality standard.

• Claim Management of the valued buyer in case of any non-conforming RMG.

• Controls and update the production status of running orders

• Making sure all quality requirements are being followed in production.

• Take initiative to reduce garments defects through root causes analyzing and solve the quality problem with making action plan.

• Utilize previous experiences in conducting in line and final inspection.

• Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.

• To ensure on time shipment as per buyers quality level.

• Ensure all Quality Assurance staffs are trained on any new procedure / requirement as advised by the customers.

• To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.

• Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters

• To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
