Additional Requirements:

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Experience in Knit merchandising with NEXT buyer is mandatory.

• Forecast order placement timelines and order volumes based on customer communication and business forecasts.

• Coordinate with customers, production, sourcing, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Analyse risks, monitor the critical path, and proactively drive on-time execution.

• Follow up on customer approvals, including packing list approvals and other required documentation.

• Ensure effective customer communication to achieve smooth production, shipment, and timely delivery.

• Coordinate the booking and follow-up of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other raw materials.

• Monitor production progress against delivery schedules and update order status in the buyer's system.

• Prepare all merchandising documents and hand over completed files to the Supply Chain team for execution.

• Track raw material flow to ensure uninterrupted production.

• Handle customer liability settlements and resolve merchandising-related issues.

• Prepare Bulk Time & Action (T&A) plans and submit offers to obtain PCCR/PO approvals.

• Coordinate sample development with the sample room for all development samples, excluding production samples.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
