Job Summary
The Management Trainee Officer (Work Study) will support the Industrial Engineering team in improving production efficiency through time and motion studies, SMV analysis, line balancing, and productivity monitoring. The role offers structured training in work study techniques and continuous improvement practices for apparel manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting time and motion studies.

• Support SMV calculation and operation breakdown.

• Monitor production efficiency and line balancing.

• Prepare productivity and efficiency reports.

• Assist in capacity planning and production improvement initiatives.

• Work with production teams to reduce waste and improve workflow.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
