Job Summary
The Management Trainee Officer (QAA) will assist in maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process by supporting inspections, quality audits, reporting, and corrective actions. The role provides practical training in quality management systems and customer compliance standards within the garment manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
Conduct inline and end-line quality inspections under supervisor guidance.
Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.
Support implementation of quality standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Participate in internal audits and corrective action follow-ups.
Learn garment manufacturing quality systems and continuous improvement practices.
