Job Summary
The Finishing Manager will lead all finishing operations, ensuring garments meet customer quality requirements and shipment schedules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical outerwear manufacturing, with a proven ability to manage finishing processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver export-quality products on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all finishing operations from sewing completion to shipment.

• Ensure garments meet customer quality standards and shipment requirements.

• Manage finishing processes including thread trimming, ironing, stain removal, measurement checking, packing, and final inspection.

• Coordinate with QA, Merchandising, Planning, and Production departments.

• Monitor production efficiency, quality performance, and shipment schedules.

• Implement corrective actions to minimize defects and improve productivity.

• Manage manpower, equipment, and departmental resources effectively.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

• Prepare departmental reports and production analysis.
