Experience Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in garment cutting operations.

• Must have experience in technical outerwear manufacturing.

• Experience in managing cutting operations for heavy garment brands will be highly preferred.

Job Summary
The Cutting Manager will oversee all cutting operations to ensure efficient fabric utilization, timely production, and compliance with quality standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in technical outerwear manufacturing, effective team leadership, and the ability to optimize productivity while minimizing material waste.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all cutting operations.

• Ensure accurate fabric utilization and minimize material wastage.

• Monitor cutting quality, marker efficiency, and production targets.

• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Warehouse, and Sewing departments.

• Manage manpower, machine utilization, and daily production planning.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Maintain safety and operational discipline within the cutting department.

• Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
