Responsibilities & Context:
· This position is responsible for overall operation and management of Washing plant in UttarKhan, Uttara, Dhaka.
· Plan and supervise daily garment washing operations to achieve production targets.
· Assign work based on workload, priorities, and delivery schedules.
· Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
· Ensure washing quality complies with buyer requirements and company standards.
· Develop wash samples and approve recipes before bulk production.
· Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and other departments.
· Monitor bulk washing, finishing, sampling, and on-time delivery.
· Control chemical usage, production costs, and resource utilization.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer requirements.
Prepare production reports and lead continuous improvement initiatives
