Responsibilities & Context:

• Bachelors or Master Degree in HRM, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll administration in the RMG industry.

• Hands-on experience with Kormee Payroll & HR Software.

• Strong knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and Bangladesh Labor Law.

• Good communication and analytical skills

• Experience in garments/textile industry is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and safety compliance.

• Must be good command of spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
