• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager,

• 8–12 years for Manager in garments or garments accessories manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of time study, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and production analysis tools.

• Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

1. Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operation times.

2. Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

3. Prepare line balancing and manpower planning for optimum productivity.

4. Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities.

5. Develop production capacity plans and monitor utilization.

6. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.

7. Prepare IE reports, productivity analysis, and performance dashboards.

8. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
