• Age 18 to 35 years

• Good knowledge of continuous foam production process.

• Ability to operate PLC-controlled automatic machines.

• Basic machine troubleshooting knowledge.

• Quality control awareness.

• Ability to work in shifts.

• Operate and monitor Continuous Automatic Foam Machine for foam production.

• Set machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, chemical ratio, conveyor speed, and production settings.

• Ensure smooth production operation according to daily production plans.

• Check raw materials (Polyol, Isocyanate, additives, etc.) and maintain proper mixing ratio.

• Monitor foam quality, density, hardness, thickness, and appearance during production.

• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.

• Troubleshoot machine operational issues and coordinate with Maintenance team when required.

• Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and shift reports.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.

• Train and guide junior operators/helpers regarding machine operation.

• Maintain housekeeping (5S) in the production area.

• Support productivity improvement and waste reduction activities.

• Any other work assigned by the management.
