Support the organization in obtaining fire safety certification, ensuring all systems and practices comply with required standards. Facilitate adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to fire safety.
Follow up on the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and OHS Management System.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the OHS Management System.
Facilitate proactive risk management, including risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Coordinate the incident management process, guiding Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and tracking corrective actions (CAPA).
Develop and test Emergency Response Plans, including the coordination of regular drills.
Support the delivery of OHS training (including high-risk tasks) to strengthen the safety culture.
Track and report on key OHS performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Manage and ensure compliance with the Higg Index Facility Environmental Module (FEM) verification for key clients.
Lead and coordinate all certifications, ensuring conformity in the areas of Environment, Health and Safety (H&S), Quality, and Social Compliance.
Oversee and facilitate Environmental Metrics audits conducted by KPMG, ensuring accurate data submission from the business units.
Administer and validate data uploads to the Enablon platform, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the company's environmental metrics.
Coordinate introductory meetings with key leadership at the corporate and facility levels to understand operational priorities and site-specific challenges.
Conduct a thorough review of the status of all key certifications and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Develop an integration plan outlining key priorities, initial assessment goals, and strategies for supporting regional safety and environmental objectives.
