Experience:
Experience working in multinational environments in factory HR operations, industrial relations, and labor law compliance.
Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory regulations.
Skilled at handling union negotiations, worker committees, and dispute resolution.

Excellent people management and leadership capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience leading HR transformation or digital initiatives preferred.
Drive the HR strategy for the factory aligned with corporate goals.
Partner with factory leadership to forecast workforce needs and plan HR initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making.
Managing rules and regulations and laws of HRM under healthy environment.
Facilitate the grievance management process and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to company policies in all interventions.
Build strong employee relations and manage grievance resolution.
Lead employee engagement programs and culture-building events.
Ensure HR support for cross-functional problem-solving at the factory.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Manage government inspections and third-party audits.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Lead union/worker committee relations (if applicable).
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
Handle disciplinary actions and labor disputes sensitively and legally.
Optimize HR processes using systems & tools (HRIS, time & attendance, etc.).
Drive HR process standardization and automation initiatives.
Do proper monitoring at the workplace regularly and solve the compliances issues.
Motivate all the employees, workers and staff members during challenging situations.
Ensure the organization and people management through social ethics practices, health and safety requirements and other.
Find out the non-compliance issues by regular monitoring and auditing.
Conduct internal audits including Labor Law, Factory Rules- regulations, buyers required audits & other national- international instructions of trade.
Conduct in house training program for all the employees regarding fire safety, grievance management and worker counselling.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned by management.
