Experience:
Textile, Apparel or Garment Manufacturing industry exposure to one or more of the following will be considered a strong advantage.
Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and compliance
Strong understanding of statutory and compliance, labor laws, and HR risk mitigation
Experience in export-oriented units or the garment industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team across diverse functions
Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with a wide variety of people.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations and reporting.
Working in challenging environment at office.
Lead and manage all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. The role will involve overseeing, maintain company culture, employee benefits, creating a safe work environment, handle disciplinary actions, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits and HR policy implementation to support a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Leading workforce planning, job evaluation, and succession planning for critical roles
Designing and executing the HR strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs
Building a collaborative and high-performance work culture across corporate setup.
Driving end-to-end talent acquisition for managerial, leadership, and niche roles
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Maintains compliance with local laws and regulations and recommends best practices from certificates and other sources, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees’ activities
Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Manages the department’s budget ensuring that costs are controlled without sacrificing the quality of deliverables.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Maintain pay plan and benefit programs.
Overseeing performance management, career development, and capability building initiatives
Ensuring compliance with statutory and client-specific labor regulations
Spearheading HR technology implementation and process automation
Managing HR budgets, wage structures, and vendor relationships
Partnering with senior leadership to drive change management and organizational development
Leading employee engagement programs and reducing attrition and absenteeism
Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the management.
