Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.

  • 1–5 years of experience in HR & Administration (Hotel/Resort experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle shift-based workforce.

Responsibilities & Context:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hotel staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, etc.).

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

  • Process payroll inputs, overtime, and staff benefits coordination.

  • Regularly check and ensure all office documents and files are up to date.

  • Assist in performance evaluation and training programs.

  • Maintain staff accommodation and duty roster coordination (if applicable).

  • Promote a positive and service-oriented work culture.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the hotel/resort.

  • Manage office supplies, uniforms, staff facilities, and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate staff transportation and accommodation.

  • Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with operational standards.

  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
