Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
1–5 years of experience in HR & Administration (Hotel/Resort experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle shift-based workforce.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Customer service mindset aligned with hospitality standards.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hotel staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, etc.).
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Process payroll inputs, overtime, and staff benefits coordination.
Regularly check and ensure all office documents and files are up to date.
Assist in performance evaluation and training programs.
Maintain staff accommodation and duty roster coordination (if applicable).
Promote a positive and service-oriented work culture.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the hotel/resort.
Manage office supplies, uniforms, staff facilities, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate staff transportation and accommodation.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance with operational standards.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
