Responsibilities & Context:

Assist in line with Bangladesh Labor Act, factory rules and company regulations (Garments / Apparel Manufacturing).

Renewal of factory-related licenses.

Prepare note, notice, disciplinary letters and emails.

Manage recruitment and selection processes including manpower requisition, interviewing, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

Coordination among the factory’s admin & HR personnel.

Maintain employee personal files, service books and all HR-related documentation properly.

Ensure proper attendance, leave, overtime and shift management.

Coordinate grievance handling, disciplinary committee proceedings and employee counseling.

Conduct or coordinate training programs, orientation sessions, and awareness programs (fire safety, labor law, health & hygiene).

Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms, ID cards and administrative inventories.

Ensure common facilities of official and buyer entertainment.

Manage employee welfare activities such as canteen, medical services, childcare, transport and dormitory facilities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR & Admin reports for management review.

Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory authorities.

Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
