• RMG Sector security experience will be an added advantage.

• Lead factory security team and make daily roster.

• Conduct regular assembly and foaling of the security

• team.

• Responsible to develop effective security system and ensure safety & security of the man, materials and machines of the whole factory premises.

• Develop and updating the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.

• Closely monitoring, controlling & managing the employee`s movements during entry & exit along with effective visitor movement management.

• Directly supervise control & monitoring security staffs. Make regular duty roaster for security guards and staffs and confirm their daily duties.

• Maintain effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure according to compliance requirements.

• Should have sound knowledge about security related activities, C-TPAT, 7-Point, 5-Point, WRAP and SCS/GSV audit, Training Instructor for security related training.

• Coordinate fire Evacuation Drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness.

• Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all security guard regularly.

• Maintain all security related compliance records and register on regular basis.

• Perform other duties as when assigned by the management.
