Job Context: Manager - HR & Admin is responsible to manage the provision high quality and sustainable HR & Administrative support and personnel assistance of the plant. He is also responsible for liaison with local govt. bodies & external influencer for safeguard of the plant.
Job Responsibilities
Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & Admin
Implement HR practices in organization and counsel and/ or motivate employees to adapt new practices
Handle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related all activities.
Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents, letters and memos.
Maintaining personal file, service records, separation process of every employee.
To maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintain efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment
Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation
Effectively organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of company vehicle, security, legal affairs, general site/office maintenance
Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of all the company properties
Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, CCTV monitoring, surveillance with internal & external theft and threat.
Ensure daily accountability of all finished products, billet, scrap etc for avoid unwanted crisis situation.
Carry out distribution admin & logistics manpower for smooth delivery services
Maintain and manage up-to date all compliance files to ensure smooth administrative functions
Ensure the availability of fire and safety equipment's with good condition for safety working environment of the plant.
Analyze the need, develop and execute the support systems and put in place required systems for services like housekeeping, preventive maintenance, office stationery, utilities, parking management
