Experience:

• 4 to 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in animal health , feed additives and feed raw material marketing or animal health products sales.

• Strong knowledge of animal health , feed additives and feed raw material products, dealer management, and rural market operations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager – Marketing to lead and expand our animal health , feed additives and feed raw material product market operations within assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing dealer and distributor networks, building strong farmer relationships, and achieving regional business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing and sales strategies for animal health , feed additives and feed raw material products.

• Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.

• Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities and market trends.

• Build strong relationships with farmers, animal health , feed additives and feed raw material businesses, and key stakeholders.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the assigned area.

• Organize promotional campaigns, field demonstrations, and farmer meetings.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to field marketing executives.

• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and business forecasts for management.

• Ensure proper product availability and market coverage across the territory.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
