  • Excellent team player with strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including skills in Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Solid knowledge of web browsing and online research techniques.

  • Experience in managing ERP software, utilizing its features to streamline administrative processes.

  • Experience in usages of HRM software.

  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing, collecting, and managing data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and information management skills.

  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, applying them appropriately in HR and administrative practices.

  • Self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver with a positive and flexible attitude.

  • Good typing skills in English, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in written communications.



Responsibilities & Context:

  • All administrative responsibilities should be done in the correct manner as per company regulations.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Maintain accurate records of office finances, including basic accounting and inventory management.

  • Design and develop various administrative documents as per organizational requirements.

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing professional and courteous assistance.

  • Monitor and respond to office emails promptly and effectively.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

  • Prepare attendance reports in collaboration with the IT Department.

  • Answer employee inquiries and provide requested information promptly and accurately.

  • Prepare reports for the Chief Executive Officer, summarizing key metrics and findings.

  • Assist in organizing and managing social events to foster a positive work culture.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management as and when necessary.
